This past weekend, ʻŌlohana Brewpub (by Kalihi Beer) closed for business. We went to celebrate the lives of this brewery (and to drink more than we should have). And, of course, to have one final, winner-takes-all, Dueling Shirt contest!
We need you to vote for the best shirt! Place your vote in the comments for either ʻŌlohana Brewpub or Grok Coffee.
May the best shirt win!

What are you doing this weekend? Going to the Electric Home Show and Hawai'i Sustainability Expo? So are we!
In fact, we'll be brewing coffee and selling coffee beans in sustainable packaging there instead of at our usual farmers markets.
Come to the show see how you can up your tree hugging game! And drink some tasty coffee and hot cocoa. 😊

There are many ways to live sustainably and many parts to consider: the energy you use, the tools in your life, the source of your food, the packaging of goods...
As an individual, we can slowly make changes that negatively impact the planet less. It doesn't have to happen all at once.
On April 25 and 26 (the Sat and Sun following Earth Day), from 10am - 5pm, Hawai'i's first Sustainability Expo and Electric Home Show will take place at The Blaisdell Center. Go to it and learn how you can positively impact the planet with your choices.
Grok Coffee will be there supporting the vision, selling coffee, and showcasing how we as a company try to help consumers make earth friendly choices with coffee.
(Consequently, we will *not* be at either farmers market that weekend.)
See you there!

We can't make sunshine happen or blow the rain away. We can, however, make hot coffee to fight the chill and offer you an excuse to leave the house.
We will be at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market this weekend! The wind and rain are not to be feared. Let the market be an adventure!

Without rain, there are no coffee flowers. We say the gloom and water are worth it.

Peanut butter and jelly, lox and bagels, cinnamon and sugar, Koko Head Cafe and Grok Coffee.
Some things just belong together.
Grok Coffee is now supplying Koko Head Cafe with a weekly rotation of locally grown and roasted coffees. Superb coffee to go with spectacular food. Win-win.

The seasonal syrup is here! Back in the lineup is our very special coffee cherry (cascara) syrup!
This syrup is made from the cherries grown, harvested, and processed in Shawn's yard in Pālolo. Thanks, as always, to for making this for us!
The syrup debuts at the Mililani Farmer's Market this morning and will be at all our markets for the next few months.
