Another huge congratulations to these new young homeowners!! 🥳🙌👏It was such a pleasure working with them through this process and their journey to becoming home owners! Also, thank you Joey for another successful closing!
We knew going in would be tough for what they were looking for and there is always a challenge but with the right attitude and focus we were able to get things done, I was amazed on how very prompt they were with everything!
In the end we competed with other buyers and ended up getting the winning offer, there were some obstacles through the escrow process and delays but at the end of the day we got it done ✅

With all these competition going on, thank you for putting your trust in our team in getting this foreclosure/investment property secured in one of Oahu’s most Hottest markets!
It was definitely not the smoothest escrow going though multiple delays and missing legal documents for the property🙄but hey! We got her done! 😂👍 also, I wouldn’t have done it without my team you my man is the real MVP 💯, we had mamba mentality with one one for sure!
