Shared furnished living room, dining, bathroom, and kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, cooking utensils).
Coin-operated washer&dryer on premises.
Off-street parking.

Only ONE occupant per room,
Minimum lease term of 1 year.
First month's rent and one month security deposit due on lease contract signing.
