The end of an Era...

After 34 years, is finally shutting down its dial-up internet service on September 30, closing the chapter on an era that started in 1991. Surprisingly enough, AOL was still offering dial-up in 2025 — mainly for loyal users in rural areas where broadband isn’t an option.

I finally got my telescope In range of "The comet of the century" (So far) What A "DUST STORM ' it is! It's above the tree line at my daughters house.

I drove 20 miles to the Gulf and I found comet C2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan ATLAS) . Loook between Venus and Arcturus. I could see it Naked eye!

I get tired of people who state "facts" but do not research to see if they are correct or not. Not from earth at 225 thousand miles. Hubble only goes to 150 feet. The Moon satellites do pick up hardware and foot paths. Flags being paper thin when view on edge won't show from above them. they haven't seached deep enough.

Yeah I'm a TOS "Trekie." Maybe too much. Some people say I'm obsessed. But I've learned "Don't ever walk on the set when they are filming!"
