So the big secret that we have been holding, due to so many unknowns, is that we have been going through FOSTERING CLASSES. We're still unsure of the age range we will recieve, but we are looking at 2 possibly 3 children or adolescents at a time. This has been a very emotional, stressful yet wonderful process that has had so many curves, ups and downs. We're still not sure if we're on level ground with the process. Not even to mention all the emotions that will come with each and every placement! There are still some unknowns and potential issues with everything that may change our plans, but we are so excited, scared, exhausted and in awe with everything we've done. It's been hard trying to balance not just letting everyone know and see what support systems, foster friendly places, and so many other needs and wants for what is to come with the reality that nothing is finalized yet. The plan was initially to have kids in our home starting the beginning of the year, but that timeline has been delayed for a few reasons. As things come to light we are getting even more anxious and excited about the whole concept of having kids in our home again! Yes this will be challenging, but we believe it will be worth it! I'm sure there are some of you that will have questions or know something that most people won't know about support for those that foster and the kids that live it and we are excited to talk about it and share our experiences thus far and going forward as long as we can maintain respect for the children's stories as that is theirs to tell and not ours.

Got a little bit of the family photos done while back in town this weekend!

What we got that was salvageable with and without timer issues! Although pictures are done, the secret isn't quite ready to come out yet. Keep a periodic eye out for the news over the next month or 2!

Idk how many times you have tried to do photos with a timer, but it's not easy! We even tried to add our doggy to the mix! EEK! (Only editing is protecting the surprise)
