JUNETEENTH in downtown Chicago!
It's always great to meet new Clients!... especially when they love our food! We had the pleasure of delivering 's flavor to a downtown PR firm. The staff enjoyed a combo buffet featuring our signature Bourbon Street Chicken, Southern Fried Catfish, and crispy fried chicken! ...along with multiple side dishes, salad, buttery cookies and beverages.

We had an AWESOME luncheon at the beautiful (new!!!) Esperanza Health Center! The Drs, nurses and staff of the Yellow Bldg enjoyed an expansive buffet for 50 featuring our Summer Grilled chicken, Grilled Wings with Hawaiian BBQ sauce, corn on the cob, pasta salad, our delicious Caribe rice, garden salad,cookies and beverages!

It was an absolutely FABULOUS Surprise birthday celebration at the beautiful Parkshore Condominium Hospitality suite on North Harbor Drive!!!
(where the Chicago River and Lake Michigan meet in downtown Chicago!)
Our longtime clients and 80 family and friends enjoyed views overlooking Lake Michigan, and the river! The evening was culminated with the Navy Pier Fireworks!!!
The sumptuous menu featured our New Orleans Blackened Chicken Satay, Creole spiced Vegetarian "meatballs", and Asian spring roll passed hors d'eourves! (w/a trio of dipping sauces!)
The main buffet featured our signature New Orleans Salmon w/Bourbon sauce, Caribbean rice & peas, and a DUAL action / carving station of Sirloin of beef and Blackened Jumbo shrimp!!!
Two support buffets of Charcuterie, crudite, European chocolates and confectioneries!... birthday cake and Cafe Creole's own Bananas Foster!...and beverages ...we're also presented.

Shish Kabobs for a film production crew out on location! 🎥
It's always fun when we get orders from our client, CHICAGO PD, or other film production crews at Cinespace Studios!
Today we served a DELICIOUS combination of our Sirloin of Beef and Chicken Kabobs!
The menu was rounded out with our Caribe peas and rice, grilled summer squash, salad, cookies and beverages!
