Ignite is honored to have Anne Stacey and her team at as a tenant partner. They are not only a great addition to @400.41st.avondale but are definitely adding some serious style to Avondale! Come check them out this weekend 11-7.

The @400.41st.avondale project and came into this world about the same time. Both were dreams by their owners and it’s been amazing to see both coming into reality! It’s an honor to have Christie, aka , as a tenant partner and watch her grow her dream into a business that not only creates great hair but encourages , teaches, and supports the growth of her employees. Well done Christie!

Unfortunately @400.41st.avondale had to say goodbye to our dear friends at this month. These local entrepreneurs were the building’s first tenants and we shared their vision to provide affordable style to their customers. We wish them the best on their future endeavors and want to say thank you for their partnership.

Really proud to say is ready for tenants! West Homewood is another great neighborhood in our city that is full of energy, amenities, and excitement, and I hope our work to fully renovate this building continues the progress.

Hello Gadsden! Ignite’s latest project is a new home for a tenant partner headquartered in Birmingham but needing a satellite location. Excited to share more details soon.

Ignite was honored to sponsor this indoor mural at to support their amazing work in changing lives one child at a time. Our hope is this work by will encourage and inspire.

Happy one year anniversary to @400.41st.avondale! It was this day last year that the building received its certificate of completion and our four great tenants where allowed to begin the work of building out their spaces.

Since then , , , and have opened their doors to serve their community. We are proud of how all of these locally owned businesses are adding to the growth, maturity, and culture of Avondale.

This development is one of my favorites recently done around town. I can take the kids to get a bagel and get a new ficus for my office. I hope we here at .properties can provide beautiful spaces and promote local businesses like has been done here. Good job!
