Every day in VPK is an opportunity to learn, grow, explore, and build important skills for kindergarten and beyond. 🧠💛 Consistent attendance helps children stay connected with their teachers, keep up with classroom learning, build routines, and feel confident in their learning journey.
We are so proud of these little learners for showing up, participating, and giving their best each day! 🎉

📚✨ Our First Week of a Wonderful School Year! ✨📚
We kicked off our school year by reading the beloved story No, David! 📖💙 and talking all about school rules, expectations, and positive behaviors!
The first week of school is the perfect time to remind our little learners that rules help keep everyone safe, happy, and ready to learn. 🥰
We discussed:
🌟 Listening to our teachers and following directions
🌟 Using kind hands and words
🌟 Walking safely in the classroom
🌟 Taking care of our toys and materials
🌟 Respecting our friends and teachers and personal space!
It is so important to have these conversations with children from the very beginning. When expectations are clear and consistent, our students know what is expected of them and can feel confident as they learn and grow in a safe space. 💛

Some moments are truly bittersweet… 💕✨
We still remember the sweet 1-year-old who just walked right in on her first day, and now we can’t believe you’re ready for kindergarten and will be leaving us soon! 🥹
Watching you grow, learn, and blossom into the little genius you are today has been such a gift. We are so proud of all you’ve accomplished and the person you are becoming. 🌟
