Prices

I'm getting a lot of inquiries about pricing so I thought I'd add some basic guidelines. I am a small independent company that makes specialty cakes that resemble those shown on television shows like the Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes. Unfortunately, neither of those shows advertise how much they charge for their cakes. Carlo's Bakery (the Cake Boss), starts his cakes at $8 per person. Charm City Cakes (Ace of Cakes) charges a bare minimum of $1,000. My cakes don't quite go that high. My cakes start around $2.50 per person with a minimum of $75. A per person price is based on how many people the cake can feed not necessarily how many you need to feed. So if you're having a party with 30 people but want a 4 tiered cake, the price is based on the cake not the guest list.Delivery is available to most locations around Miami Dade.

Fondant cake prices

Fondant cakes have a starting price of $5.25 per serving and go up, depending on the intricacies of the design.

Figure Cake Prices

Focal creations (between 4-8 inches high) can take anywhere from two to six hours to make. They start at $25 a figure depending on the size and intricacies involved. For example Minnie Mouse sitting down would cost less than Minnie Mouse trying to balance on her own two feet. Smaller figures, like what are featured on the Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes and on my Candyland cakes range between $5-$10 each.

Holiday cake prices

The price of a holiday cake depends on the type of cake.

Decorated cupcakes prices

Cupcakes begin at $1.75 each for a plain cupcake with icing and sprinkles. An additional $.50 each if you'd like a filling.$1.50 for a flower or simplistic design.
$2 each if you'd like an edible image on them.
$3.50 for a fondant disc as shown here.
$5 if you want a 3-D fondant design.
An additional $.50-$2 each for funky wrappers.
Cupcake trees are priced from their retailers.

Gourmet Cupcake & Mini Cupcake Prices

Gourmet Cupcakes are $3.00 each and each flavor must be ordered by the half dozen. Gourmet Mini Cupcakes are $1.50 each and each flavor must be ordered by the dozen. Mixed trays are available upon request.

Cookie prices

Standard cookies are $20 per dozen. Cookies with intricate designs (such as reindeer cookies) are $25 per dozen for a single style, or $35 per dozen for mixed design styles.

Fondant tiered cake prices

A fondant cake, such as the M.A.C. Makeup cake, starts at $5.80 per person.

Cutout Cake Prices

A cut out cake starts at $2.50 per person for a single thick layer, and $2.75 for a double layer with a filling. The price will vary depending on the intricacy of the design.
