Nightmare on tenant street! Pictures can describe the damage cause by this group of renters. 2 gutted bathrooms, kitchen repair and and ton of drywall and paint. But now this beauty is ready to go!

It’s always awesome to renovate a family built home. We walk a line of preserving some of the homes original character while updating it to today’s style. I think this is a great balance of keeping some great features of this home and the memories that went with them while making room for another generation of memories to come! What do you guys think?

Let face it, EVERYONE hates doing laundry🧺, but with a laundry room like this it makes it just alittle but easier and a little bit more relaxing. Thank you to for giving us the opportunity and we hope you enjoy your new space! Also can we get a round of applause 👏🏻 for the design on this! Brittani did an amazing job bringing it together!!!

They closed on a Friday, demo started on a Saturday! 5 1/2 weeks later their new house became a NEW house! Remove all the outdated tile and laid down this beautiful wood plank tile, mud set to have a minimal grout line for a natural look! All new doors and trim, and custom solid wood cabinets with quartz countertops! Congratulations to these new home owners and their beautiful new home!

Part 2 of before and afters. Putting the final touches on this awesome home renovation located in country walk! Removed the outdated popcorn, to a smooth finish. Relocated the a/c and water heater to the garage to allow this walls to come down and open up the space! What a beautiful final result! Tell us what you think of this one, 👍🏻 or 👎🏻?
