New grocery options to open soon along Penn Avenue corridor from Rockwell Park into Wilkinsburg - Pittsburgh Business Times Pittsburgh's two newest grocery stores are set to open by the end of January and in mid-March within a few blocks of one another along the Penn Avenue corridor.
