You keep saying ‘someday’… but what if someday was THIS summer?
You’re not too busy.
You’re not too broke.
You’re just… not booked yet.
And I get it — life is FULL.
Sports schedules. Work. Laundry. All the things.
But here’s what I also know 👇
The families who travel?
The couples who reconnect?
The moms who FINALLY relax?
They didn’t “find the time” —
👉 they decided they were worth it.
Imagine this instead:
✔️ No cooking
✔️ No cleaning
✔️ Kids entertained
✔️ You with a drink in hand, actually relaxing
That version of you exists.
She just needs a trip on the calendar ✈️
✨ I’ll handle everything
✨ You just show up
Comment “READY” or message me and I’ll send you options that fit your life + budget 🤍

Lately, the world has felt heavy.
And I hesitate even saying that because I know everyone is carrying something.
But if I’m honest… I feel a lot. I love deeply. I carry deeply. I notice when people are hurting. I absorb rooms. I sit with emotions that aren’t even mine.
And it’s beautiful — but it can also be exhausting.
The everyday decisions. The pivots. The hiccups. The weight of showing up for everyone. It’s felt like a lot.
Yesterday, I honored that.
I admitted I wasn’t fully myself.
Instead of pushing through, I slowed down.
I took a bath.
Listened to my audiobook.
Cleaned and organized my space.
Did a brain dump.
Cried.
Let the feelings come instead of stuffing them down.
In a world that feels heavy, we have to remember to take care of ourselves.
Body check.
Heart check.
Mind check.
Don’t ignore it.
Don’t numb it.
Don’t shame yourself for feeling.
Honor it.
Feel it.
Cry it out.
Then take one small, active step forward.
You’re not weak for feeling deeply.
You’re human.
And sometimes strength looks like softness.

To my daughter 🤍
As we lay snuggled together after a long day, I looked into your eyes and saw myself.
And it took me back—to being a little girl, to the words I once heard, to the parts of me the world didn’t quite know what to do with.
Too loud.
Too sensitive.
Too stubborn.
Too dramatic.
Too bold.
Too playful.
Too much love.
Those were the same words spoken over me.
And now I understand—they were never warnings. They were glimpses of strength.
You have this beautiful way of taking the mundane and making it extraordinary.
You feel deeply. You love fully. You step into life without fear.
The world may one day try to teach you how to present yourself—how to soften, how to shrink, how to be less.
But my hope is different.
I want to nurture your light.
I want to praise your strength.
I want to protect the parts of you that shine the brightest.
In a world that may try to crush you, I promise to stand guard over your heart.
One day, you’ll see—those “too much” parts will be the reason you rise.

It’s freezing here… but somewhere, someone is sipping a margarita in flip flops 🍹
If you could teleport to warm weather right now, where would you go?
✈️ Budget-friendly warm escapes I’m loving right now:
• Puerto Vallarta – affordable all-inclusives + AMAZING food
• St. Pete Beach – white sand without Miami prices
• San Juan – no passport needed 🇺🇸
• Palm Springs – sunshine + pool vibes
DM me WARM and I’ll help you price one out 👀

🚨 TRAVEL TIP YOU’LL WANT TO SAVE 🚨
Domestic flights do NOT require a passport…
BUT TSA does now require a Real ID (⭐️ on your license) or another approved ID.
⚠️ If you show up to TSA without a Real ID or passport:
• TSA may still let you fly
• BUT you’ll be pulled aside for identity verification
• AND you’ll have to pay a $45 TSA fee
• Expect extra time (sometimes 20–45+ minutes)
💡 Pro tip: This doesn’t slow the whole TSA line — it just delays you.
If you’re traveling soon:
✔️ Check your ID
✔️ Bring a passport if you have one
✔️ Or upgrade to a Real ID to avoid the stress altogether
Saving you time, money, and airport panic is literally my job 🫶
Message me if you’re unsure what you need for your next trip!

This cold.
This polar vortex.
This “why do I live where my eyelashes freeze” weather 🥶
If you’re finding yourself daydreaming about warm sand, sunshine, and not wearing 5 layers… you’re not alone.
Whether it’s a quick warm-weather escape or a trip you’ve been thinking about for a while, I’m happy to help you sort through options, watch pricing, and figure out what actually works for you.
Warm days are coming 🌴
Let’s give you something to look forward to.

✨ To the Women Who Keep Rising (and to Those Who’ve Faced the Darkest Days):
Life sometimes places what feels like insurmountable obstacles in our path. If you’ve ever felt like the world keeps throwing you challenges or like your journey is harder than most, I want you to know this: you are not alone, and your strength is real.
To those who have faced not just everyday struggles but truly painful experiences—traumas, losses, or moments of darkness that no one should ever have to endure—please know this message is especially for you. I would never wish those hardships on anyone. Yet I believe deeply that you have a resilience and a courage that is bigger than any trauma. You are worthy, you are strong, and you are capable of rising above in your own time and your own way.
Let this be a gentle reminder that even in the hardest seasons, you are never defined by what happened to you. You are defined by the incredible person you are and the strength you show each day. Sometimes, the people who’ve walked through the toughest storms are the ones who light the way for others.
Keep going, keep shining, and know that you are so much more than any obstacle. We’re in this together.

Travel feels loud right now.
The news, the noise, the “what ifs”… it can make even thinking about a trip feel overwhelming.
Here’s what I want you to know:
✈️ Travel doesn’t have to be complicated
🌴 It doesn’t have to be far
🤍 And it doesn’t have to feel unsafe
My job is to cut through the chaos — to recommend destinations that are easy to get to, proven, safe, and actually relaxing. I research. I vet. I plan. You just show up.
If you’ve been craving a break but keep talking yourself out of it because it feels like “too much” — this is your sign.
Send me a message. Let’s make travel feel simple again.
2025 had been a year, here is to acknowledge where you have been to light the path for what’s to come.

After Aaron’s accident, there was a new version of me.
For 7 years, I showed up consistently.
Workouts. Routine. Food.
Once the habits were built, the lifestyle felt easy—automatic, even.
Then life changed.
And I never expected how hard it would be to get back to that version of myself.
I’ve felt the lack of motivation.
The struggle to stay consistent.
The days where routine, movement, and nutrition feel completely flipped on their axis.
And honestly?
That loss hit deeper than I expected.
I’m sharing this because if this is you—
I see you.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re human.
No one is better than anyone else.
This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding your rhythm again.
There is no shame in starting over.
There is courage in showing up on the hard days.
That’s why I love accountability.
That’s why I loved Beachbody—because when I lost that structure and community, I could feel the loss in myself.
So if you need a check-in buddy…
If you need accountability…
If you’re trying to break through the hard days and rebuild a lifestyle that will one day feel like a no-brainer again—
I’m here. 🤍
We do this together.

This Christmas feels different—in the best way.
After Aaron’s accident, gratitude took on a whole new meaning. Life asked us to slow down, and in that pause, I truly saw the magic again.
The magic in my kids’ eyes.
The joy in every ripped piece of wrapping paper.
Mom and Dad sitting back, soaking it all in, realizing this is what really matters.
This season reminded me that the greatest gifts aren’t under the tree—they’re right in front of us. And we are more blessed than we could ever put into words.
