Hey all! I know it’s been awhile, life passes by too quickly! I just wanted to let everyone know that next week will be the last week of workout class (Thursday, April 30) for the summer. I will be gone for half of May, so am ending class a few weeks early. I hope everyone stays active and gets outside this summer and I will be back with class in the fall! Have a great summer. Happy fall yall! I hope everyone had a great summer, and are settling into the new schedules fine. In July we welcomed a tiny engage fitness member into our family 🤣 we are so thankful! We’ve been adjusting well, and enjoying having a baby around again.
With that being said, after much thought, I have decided to take a little break from my evening workout classes. It is becoming a difficult time of night, especially with our kiddos involved in extra things. This decision was not made lightly, and I apologize in advance to all those that this affects. 😭 I will reevaluate as times goes on, and if you or someone you know is interested in becoming an instructor let me know!

MORNING CLASS will resume on Thursday OCTOBER 16, 2025. Class will be from 10-11am again. Tag your gal pals! I’m looking forward to getting strong with my friends again! 😊 💪🏼
