Primary Caretakers language made it into the final version of the MA Senate Criminal Justice Omnibus Bill.

We have been fighting for alternatives to incarceration for moms and dads for the past three years. We won't stop fighting for our families.

The House is drafting their version of the bill now. The House tends to be more conservative so we really need to push. Please call Chairwoman Cronin and your State Rep and let them know you want to see Primary Caretakers language in their criminal justice reform bill.
