Mimi's Ravioli

k. Joe named Mimi's Ravioli after his wife Mimi. During the busy times of the year, Joe called his cousin Frank Billisi, present owner, in New York to help run the business.Upon Joe's decision to retire, he was impressed with Frank's knowledge of the business and decided to give Frank the opportunity to purchase the business from him. Frank and Linda Billisi, with their two children, decided to take the opportunity. Frank and Linda took over operations in May 1981, when Mimi's was located on State Road 7 in Hollywood. Year after year as Mimis's grew larger, Frank and Linda decided they needed a bigger location. In 1990 they found a location at 5714 Johnson Street , Hollywood,Fl , where Mimi's resides today. Through years of hard work, Frank and Linda Billisi have developed Mimi's products into a household name among residents of South Florida. Mimi's has catered meals to a wide audience including the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, all visiting MLB baseball teams playing at Pro Player Stadium, Sony, The Soprano's cast party, Aeromexico, Tam Airlines, Avianca Airlines, Argentine Air, Swiss Air, United Airlines, American Airlines, Air Canada, and Varic Airlines. Mimi's also manufactures for Sysco and many other private label distributors nationwide. Mimi's has created a new brand called Good Health, Gourmet Pastas, Soups, and Sauces. Good Health is a subdivision Of Mimi's Ravioli Mfg Corp. We were concerned with providing the highest quality product, while preserving that home made taste from Grandma's kitchen. Good Health pastas and products were designed for the health concious consumer. These products range from Ravioli, Manicotti, Shells, Soups, Sauces, Tortellini, Cavatelli, and more...all Good Health products are made with skim milk ricotta allowing consumers to have rich tasting Italian meals without all the calories they're used too. The Soups and Sauces are made with low sodium ingredients. Good Health products are made fresh daily and immediately frozen to preserve the freshness. Good Health pastas are manufactured under the supervision of the ORB and are Kosher Dairy.
