Natural cased chunky minced pork shoulder, Duck Fat, Smoked paprika and cayenne pepper, and Sweet Portuguese port wine. Smoked with Oak and Cherry wood.

After the winter killed most of my garden, I had to start from, scratch. We got Ghost Peppers. Reapers, Scotch Bonnets, and Jalapeno seedlings all snug in their new pots!
