I am so very grateful that my education bills to change the reading trajectory of the state passed today 104-2!
I worked with all the stakeholders in education including support of both parties as well as the Governor’s Office and State Board of Education! and the teacher’s union.
We all pulled together to get this done!
A Michigan Miracle!
These wonderful young students helped to pass out Smarties and hold their Dr Seuss “Cat in the Hat” stuffies!!

We are thankful to those who have gone before us, only caring for country over self. What courage and devotion to duty they showed. Many lost their lives conquering the German N**i takeover of Europe. We are forever grateful.
