You’ll work with basic tool room equipment (lathes, mills, grinders), help Die Setters and Toolmakers with setups, pull tools from presses, run machines, read blueprints, and perform in process quality checks. This role is perfect for someone mechanically skilled who wants to grow—there’s a clear path toward becoming a Die Setter or joining the company’s DOL registered Apprenticeship Program.
