I paid $600 months ago for merchandise from OBX Collective / OffBrand and never received my order or my money back. Instead, I’ve been given nothing but excuses, delays, and blame-shifting.

📌 They admitted someone connected to them “scammed me” — but a real business takes responsibility for its employees, partners, and customers.
📌 This situation made me look bad to my own customers, cost me opportunities, and tied up money I should’ve been able to reinvest.

I’m posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Protect yourself, always use secure payment methods (PayPal Goods & Services, credit cards), and be careful who you trust in this industry.

I paid $600 for merchandise months ago and never received my order or a refund. After two years of doing business with them, they gave me the runaround, blamed a “partner” and even admitted someone who worked with them scammed me.

At the end of the day, a real business takes responsibility for its employees and customers. Instead, they keep making excuses and still haven’t made it right.

Be careful who you do business with — don’t let this happen to you.

I paid for shorts from back on July 10th and still haven’t received my order. No tracking, no refund, no communication.

Now they’re advertising wholesale/bulk orders like everything’s good 👎. Before you spend your money here, be careful — they still owe me product that I already paid for.

I just want what I paid for or my money back.

🚨 WARNING TO OTHER BRANDS 🚨
On July 10, I paid $600 to OffBrand Zaid for a shorts order to be delivered in time for Back to School. As shown in the messages, he confirmed receipt and said they’d ship by Monday.

Since then:
• No delivery
• No updates
• Blocked my number
• Won’t answer calls or texts

This is a clear case of taking money and disappearing. I’m making this public to protect other small businesses from getting scammed.

OffBrand Zaid and OffBrand Hamza Tariq, you still have a chance to make this right. Don’t burn bridges in this industry—it’s smaller than you think.
