Here is a close up of the 1940s military 5R4GY showing the twin getters on the bottom. Most are angled like this and some are flat across. The later version only has one bottom getter and does not perform as well.

The rare 1942-1946 5R4GY military rectifier with the V-angle bottom getters. We stack this $200 NOS tube up against the $1500 W-E 274B and many clients prefer the sonics of this tube! Lots in stock now but don't wait or they will be gone!
