We clean all dryers that we service while we are in the unit conducting the repair, lint is extremely flammable and will cause a fire if not addressed.

Sometimes it's the smallest things that cause the biggest problems. Guy has the unit full of smelly water for over a week because the prior company said it was not going to be economical to repair, they quoted him for a new control AND drain pump. 👀

If you have a front-load washing machine and you have anybody with long hair or even long-haired pets in the home, make sure you keep your door and gasket clear of any hair buildup. This unit had a slow leak and it was due to hair getting in between the door and gasket.

I cannot stress enough how important this is. Make sure your dryer vent is clear of restrictions/build-up. It is a fire hazard as well as an extra cost as a homeowner as this will usually result in you having to run more than one dry cycle to get your clothes dry, running up your electricity bill as well as costing you money when one of the thermal fuses blows disabling either your heating element or the entire dryer.

Washer flooded the utility room after moving the unit. Looks like they broke the bleeder line by using the wrong kind of dolly. 😒
