My coach said HOW are you contributing to this and I lost it.
I thought to myself that she had lost her mind and the fact that I was even paying her made me more furious.
I had been in the middle of my burnout
🔥Laid out in bed in pain and could not sleep
🔥Feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted
