One thing I’ve noticed… the most successful and impressive people I know are usually the most relatable.
They talk about business, of course. But they also talk about family, kids, life, stress, balance, and real everyday things.
Meanwhile, social media has created this culture where some people feel like they need to turn their entire personality into their job.
Every post. Every conversation. Business. Branding. Motivation.
At some point, it starts feeling less like genuine passion and more like recruiting propaganda where people are afraid to show any identity outside the company or industry.
My recommendation?
Have a business account. Have a personal side too. Blend them naturally sometimes, but keep them relatable and human.
People connect with authenticity far more than a nonstop commercial.
You can love your company, love your business, and still be your own person.
The people truly secure in what they’ve built usually don’t need to force it.
