Good morning☀️made “Coffee Addict’s Delight” learned from class last week to help rejuvenate the adrenals. So tasty after workout +added some protein powder, chia seeds, and peanut butter powder for recovery, felt super satiated and energized after this thank you 🙌

Easy no-bake brownies for Valentine’s Day❤️ Toasted some walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, and pecans, into a food processor w some vanilla,*cacao powder, medjool dates, and touch of maple syrup. Saved some nuts for topping and w some chopped up La Universal Superior chocolate from Ecuador 🇪🇨 fridge for 30 min and it’s ready!

More than half of our body is made up of bacteria and most of it is in your beautiful gut. I give her some love by adding various types of fermented foods to my diet. This week I’m fermenting some red onions, jalapeños (love me some🔥), garlic, cherry tomatoes, and bit of salt and pepper to taste. Add some vegetable starter powder, seal and keep it at room temperature away from direct sunlight for 2-3 days and she’s ready! My fav way to enjoy: eggs & crusty sourdough bread, in a Buddha bowl, or alongside a hearty stew 🤤

Some benefits of adding fermented foods that are rich in probiotics to your diet:

✅enhance immunity by keeping bad bacteria checked
✅manage blood sugar levels

Guayusa is found in the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador, the leaves can be eaten or enjoyed as tea.
