NMJC Workforce Development was proud to support the 2026 EnergyPlex Conference in Hobbs as a sponsor, exhibitor, and featured speaker. Our Vice President for Workforce Development joined industry leaders to discuss how workforce training is creating opportunities and meeting the evolving needs of employers, while our team connected with attendees at our booth and on the golf course throughout the event.
