We are committed to keeping things positive on election day. Whether you prefer peppers that look like Trump or not, we can all agree that no one in this country should go hungry. So for every every person that likes, comments, or shares this post we will donate one meal to a community food bank. If we get over 2016 likes we will double this amount! Please share this post, help us support a good cause this election day, and vote to end hunger in our community!

Such wisdom.
Great idea! Forty percent of food in the United States is never eaten, amounting to $165 billion a year in waste, taking a toll on the country's water resources and significantly increasing greenhouse gas emissions.

Congratulations Wellspring Multi-Service Center!!
Today, GBFB presented Wellspring Multi-Service Center in Hull with a $10,000 capacity grant that will fund a complete pantry renovation and expansion project, which is currently underway (check out the pictures!). In the past five years, Wellspring’s services have more than doubled, with no increase in their physical space. The food pantry provides more than 120,000 meals each year to neighbors in need.
