Patsy’s Picks of the week. 🎨
Beautiful South Shore weekend!
One of the perks of my job is discovering homes that make me stop and say, “Wow.”
I found one this weekend.
The rooftop deck offers sweeping views of the harbor, lighthouse, islands, and Boston skyline. Inside, the home reflects the artistic vision of its owners—beautifully designed, welcoming, and full of character.
With four bedrooms, 3+ baths, three levels of living space, and views from nearly every angle, it’s easy to see why someone would fall in love with living here.
Take a look at the video and tell me—where would you spend more time? on the rooftop deck or inside enjoying the view?
Missed the open house? Call me to set up a private showing.

When choosing a real estate agent, it can be hard to know who has the experience and track record to help you navigate the process successfully.
That’s why independent rankings like this have value.
I’m pleased to be recognized by RealTrends Verified as being among the Top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the United States based on closed transactions. After more than 40 years in the business, I continue to believe that experience matters.
Thank you to the clients who have trusted me with their moves over the years
“Still in the ring after all these years.”

🎨 Patsy’s Picks of the Week
On this week’s tour…
Some homes tell you exactly where you are.
Today I toured a home just one house off the waterfront, and throughout the years the owners had quietly woven their love of coastal living into the home.
Not overdone.
Not themed.
Just thoughtful touches collected over time—art, colors, boats, water, beach… small reminders of why they loved living there.
You could feel it the moment you walked in.
The best homes don’t just reflect a style…
they reflect a life well lived.
What’s one thing in your home that tells people what you love most?

On this week’s tour…
Two antique homes stopped me in my tracks.
One built in 1810 with 6 fireplaces.
Another from 1870 with 5.
Years ago, fireplaces weren’t about atmosphere or decorating—they were essential to daily life. Bedrooms had fireplaces because there was no central heat.
Today, many of those fireplaces still remain, but their role has changed. Now they’re where we gather, relax, decorate for the holidays, and make a house feel like home.
The technology changed.
The feeling didn’t.
Which fireplace would you gather around?

🎨 Patsy’s Picks of the Week
On this week’s tour…
Broker tours run from 10–1… and today meant fitting 11 homes in 3–4 towns into just a few hours.
It’s a whirlwind—running from house to house, taking in layouts, details, neighborhoods, and always thinking:
Who would love this home?
Some features appeal to almost everyone.
Others need just the right buyer who walks in and instantly gets it.
One home especially stayed with me.
A charming older home filled with welcoming spaces—from the front porch to tucked-away sitting rooms, a bonus room above the garage, and even a cozy spot near the attic.
Some spaces felt made for a quiet conversation… others looked ready for a whole baseball team.
Take a look through the photos and tell me… where would you spend the most time? PatsysPicks

On this week’s tour…
I started thinking about how far the simple shower has come.
There was a time—your grandparents’ house—when there was only one full bath…
so a simple shower found its way into the basement.
Nothing fancy. Just function.
Today… it’s tile, glass, and walk-ins.
Same purpose… completely different experience.
Where would you stop?
Big moves, made simple… sometimes it’s the everyday things that have come the furthest.

Patsy’s Pick 🏡
This week’s tours were all about the unexpected.
You go into homes expecting certain things… and most of the time, that’s exactly what you see.
But every once in a while, something stops you.
Something that makes you smile… or makes you think, “Now that’s unique.”
Just three this week:
• A powder room with a wallpaper treatment you wouldn’t expect—but it works beautifully.
• A kid’s bedroom with a loft sleeping area—such a fun and smart use of space.
• And a home built in the late 1800s, perched on an ocean bluff, with a handcrafted natural wood staircase leading up to a lookout… something you just don’t see anymore.
It’s those unexpected details that stay with you.
Take a look and see which one speaks to you.
Big moves, made simple… sometimes it’s the little surprises that make a house unforgettable.
There’s always something unexpected out there… let me help you find it.
