All of our steers are accounted for until August. Just in time to load your freezers for football tailgating and holiday get togethers!

Calving season has started at the ranch, with three babies already on the ground! This beautiful little girl is one of the first fullblood Akaushi born on our ranch. We love the genetics she brings and can’t wait to see her grow.

We are so blessed to have such loyal customers and so much interest in our beef. One downside is that we don’t often get any ourselves. So it’s always a great day when we get to fill our own freezers with this amazing meat!

Breaking News: USDA to Invest $750 Million to Build a Domestic Sterile Fly Production Facility Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins has announced a plan to build a facility near Edinburg, Texas. It will be capable of producing 300 million sterile flies per week to combat New World screwworm and is estimated to be in production in one year.

old line foundation genetics he will bring to our program. His sire is an original import from Japan, as are his grandsire and 2 great grandsires.

Most popular in Brazil, the picanha is also called a “coullote steak”. It comes from the area above the sirloin and is known for its tenderness and intense flavor.
