CRA team did an awesome job today at the Attitude For Gold Tournament!! Plenty of Gold and Silver medals :) It was our last tournament for this school year. We will continue training but won't be competing again until next Fall. Great job everyone :) we are so proud of you!!

This event is on may 16th buy your tickets and come watch CRA compete in forms and sparing!!! We will be happy to see you!!

im so happy to be back in school on tuesday just to be in taekwondo!!!

Awesome day of sparring and grappling at the White Tiger Tournament!!! Our CRA team earned multiple gold, silver, and a few bronze medals! For some students it was their first tournament and they did awesome and everyone earned a medal except one participant in grappling. Also, many of our students fought against people way older and higher belt level than them and still won!!! Looking forward to the next tournament
