The first-ever Dad-lympics is officially in the books, and wow—what a day! 🏆🔥

From epic relay races to some serious playground bragging rights on the kickball field, our Impact dads brought the absolute highest energy. We always knew our martial arts families were special, but seeing everyone come together for some friendly competition outside the studio was the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day weekend.

Just a heads-up for our martial arts family! Impact Taekwondo will be closed for our summer break starting next week, from Monday, June 29th, through Sunday, July 5th for the Fourth of July holiday.

Make sure to get your training sessions in this week! We will be running our completely normal class schedule all the way through Saturday, June 27th, so let's hit the mats with high energy before the break. 💪🥋

Classes will officially resume their regular hours on Monday, July 6th.

Enjoy the extra time with your families, stay safe, and keep active!

Whether you love Sparring, Traditional Forms, Creative Weapons, or want to test your speed in the Spinning Hook Kick challenge, this is your chance to challenge yourself, show your skills, and make memories with your team!
