It is with deep gratitude in my heart and excitement for what lies ahead that I share my decision to step down and retire as Executive Producer of Performance Now Theatre Company and transition into the role of Founder Emeritus. This is a decision that has been on my heart for some time, and I feel the timing is right as we celebrate our 25th year in the community. In this new role, I look forward to supporting new leadership through mentorship and offering my perspective as the company continues to evolve.

As a co-founder of PNTC, these past 25 years with this organization have been an incredible journey, and I am so thankful for the experiences, relationships, and memories we have built together. What began as just a vision has grown into something truly special, and I could not be more proud of this community we have built.

As I look to my next chapter, I am confident and enthusiastic about the future of PNTC. The company is well-positioned for continued growth, fresh ideas, and new creative energy. I am committed to supporting a smooth transition and to seeing the organization thrive in its next phase.

I encourage everyone to join me in continuing to support Performance Now with your time, talent, contributions, and attendance. The best is still ahead!

We’re excited to welcome Kristina Bobrowski as Interim Managing Director of Performance Now Theatre Company!

Kristina brings a combination of strong operational and project management expertise and passion for the arts to help guide PNTC during this transition period and support our continued growth. Over the coming months, Kristina will be working closely with us, PNTC staff, and retiring Executive Producer, Ken Goodwin, to ensure a smooth transition.

We look forward to her leadership as we continue creating meaningful theater experiences for our community. Please join us in welcoming her!
