Our office will be closed today, July 31st to provide our staff with a well deserved day off.

Dr. Lazarus’ paternity leave also officially starts today! He’ll be back in the office on 8/24.

In the meantime, our office will still be open during normal hours beginning again this Monday, August 3rd, and our team is here to take great care of you.

Dr. L is proud to once again partner with the House Springs Lions Club on October 24th for their annual Eye Mission 👁️

They’ll be offering FREE vision screenings and FREE recycled glasses to those in need 🤓

Everyone deserves a chance to see clearly and have vision care. Thank you to the Lions Club for championing this program for our community!

Dr. L recently helped our friends at Back Nine Golf Crestwood with a Boy Scout Clinic assisting them with building their confidence and skills for the golf course. He’s an avid golfer and when not seeing patients enjoys spending time on the course. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved office dog, Gus. There were few things in life that he enjoyed more than coming to the office and greeting our patients. We would like to thank everyone who gave Gus pets, hugs, treats, and gifts over the last 2+ years at the office. We’re thankful he was able to spread his unconditional love to so many people in our community. He will be greatly missed every day. We love you, Gussie!
