Today feels surreal. Over the past several months, the Hughes family, along with so many friends and supporters, spent many hours away from their own loved ones to help with this campaign.

Thank you to everyone who voted for me, prayed for me, encouraged me, shared a post, put up a sign, or simply believed in me. Your support means more than I can ever put into words, and I am incredibly honored to serve as your next Judge.

I especially want to thank my husband, my parents, Trisha Stefanski, Natalie Pigg, and Linda Freeman for always being there to answer late night phone calls and offer wisdom.

Thank you to the voters for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve. I am committed to working hard every day for the people of Jefferson County.

As we head into the final hours before the Primary Election, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has called, texted, or reached out with words of encouragement today.

This campaign has been built from the ground up by people who believe our courts deserve experience, compassion, and fairness. No matter what tomorrow brings, my commitment to serving the people of Jefferson County and helping them navigate our court system will never change.

I exercised my privilege and right to vote today with my special sidekick. The staff at the clerk’s office were so kind to him and he received a special sticker.

Thank you to the Northwest Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce for organizing and the High Ridge Fire Department for hosting the 2026 meet the candidates forum.

It was a wonderful afternoon hearing all those passionate about our community and helping the people who live in Jefferson County.

Good morning, Jefferson County! The Hughes family had a busy weekend enjoying all the fun and activities at the Jefferson County Fair. Micah and his buddy especially loved feeding the animals. We appreciated all the volunteers and vendors that came together to make it a wonderful event.

As of today, we are one week away from the election. It's truly hard to believe that this campaign is close to an end. This experience requires hard work and dedication; and you miss out on time with your family. But the people I've met along the way have shown me such grace and encouragement, that I am truly grateful beyond words.

If anyone is interested in helping in the homestretch over the next week, please let me know. We are in need of people to hold signs at polling locations on election day and appreciate if those supporters would like and share my Facebook posts over the next week to continue to spread the word.
