As all of you know by now, we have closed our store as of July 31st. We decided to make the decision to rent the store back for one more month for the sole purpose of staging two Estate Sales in our empty store. The store has been totally emptied out. Many of you know this because you took advantage of our dollar week and our free week. We got rid of everything. We even sold all of our cases and fixtures.

So that takes us to the current day. I am here to announce that on Friday Saturday and Sunday, August 13th 14 and 15 from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. all three days, we are hosting a huge and I mean huge Estate Sale in our closed store. We are running this just like we do our weekly estate sales. Which means we are firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday. So come out to our store and see how our Estate Sales are run. We moved three households of stuff into this 4000 square foot store. Two of the houses are condos where we could not have sales. The other lot was a small apartment. In any case the store is packed. Almost as full as it was when we had our store inventory. But believe me, it is all different stuff. As all of you should know by now, we are closing our store on July 31st, Saturday. For the last week everything has been a dollar. Now, everything is actually free. We still have quite a bit of stuff left, especially material types things such as Linens, blankets, Etc. We also have a lot of books left, a lot of albums left and a lot of glassware and kitchenware left. All of it is free. Back a truck up if you want. Come and get stuff and take it to the donation centers if you want. Come and get stuff to resell it. Come and get stuff and take it to an auction house if you want. We don't care what you do with it. Just come and get it. We are emptying out the store. Then, in the middle of August, we will be holding two estate sales in our empty store location. So watch for those. But for now, everything is absolutely free. The only exceptions are our fixtures, are shelving, and things that are owned by our business such as our own office supplies our cash register, computers, etc. But again, all of our merchandise is free. No exceptions.

After exactly 1 year in business, we have no choice but to close our doors. This was a very hard decision to make, but we simply are not doing enough business to cover the rent. It's just that simple. We thank everyone for your patronage, but we just didn't have enough of you... Our regulars who have heard the news have already expressed their disappointment and believe me... we are all deeply torn over this decision.

We will be open with regular hours until July 31st. 9 am till 6 pm daily...

But here is some good news...

Beginning WEDNESDAY, July 21st, every piece of our inventory, including furniture, will be sold for just $1.00 per item. No exceptions... we do not expect our inventory to last long. But we will be open until the end of the month as long as we still have inventory to sell and everything will be $1 per item. We will not be selling any of our fixtures or shelving or store owned items. This dollar blowout sale is for our inventory only. In addition to the dollar per item blowout sale, we will be selling all of our books at a lowball price of 10 books for $1.

So stop in and say goodbye and get some real bargains. This is a true "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BLOW OUT SALE" .
