The hands-on class covers the science behind food safety and how to use a boiling-water canner. Registration is required and space is limited!

A day in the life right now? 🌱 Planting, picking, preserving and weeding. Weeds EVERYWHERE. But most importantly, we are soaking up every moment on the farm with our little helper.

Our farm stand is self-serve because we’re in the fields every day doing the work. We know timely responses are hard for us right now (we’re literally in the fields!), but we’re always here, always growing, always learning.

So many tomatoes. SO many. All grown at the end of the field, inside and outside of the high tunnel. Picked at all stages so 2lbs of tomatoes can last 2 weeks.
