Foundation projects do not play around.
The before and after on this foundation stabilization job- 90% complete. What started as a serious support issue on a steep slope (Hurricane Helene) is now taking shape with new permanent columns, underpinning, and reinforced stabilization work.
This is the kind of project that is not about looks first. It is about making the structure safe, solid, and ready for the long haul.

Only two weeks until the 2019 PENC Summer Conference where eMuwave Principal Christopher K Horne, PhD PE will be speaking on “Engineering the Wireless Building - Techniques and Tradeoffs”. The conference will be located at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino in Cherokee, NC from June 6-8. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, attend technical sessions, and learn from leaders in the industry.

Electrical Code says you have to have 3 foot of clear working space in front of the panel, from floor to the tip of the panel. The original floor drain/condensate pipes are a 'trip hazard'. The FD is moved about a foot to comply with code. Coordination.
