We are delighted to introduce Stacy Edge Fogelman, our Artist of the Month for July. This talented watercolor artist, based in Jamestown, North Carolina, where she was born and raised, is set to showcase her exceptional work.

With a lifelong passion for art, Stacy pursued a degree in Art Marketing and Production from Appalachian State University, graduating in 1990. Although she initially explored oil and acrylic painting, she discovered her true calling in watercolor nine years ago. Her artistic inspiration is drawn from the serenity of nature, capturing the essence of landscapes, from soothing beach horizons to peaceful mountain scenes. She also experiments with abstract watercolor pieces, often inspired by organic shapes and natural elements.

We have partnered with Inspire Creative to bring you the Summer Studio Series!
Our first class is with our own Page Gleeson!
Page is a High Point native and owner of Studio 136, known for her large-scale charcoal drawings that highlight the beauty and quiet strength of the female figure through striking light and shadow.
Page also supports and showcases local artists through the gallery while continuing her own work.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of new artwork in our gallery this week! Whether you missed our June artist's reception on Saturday and want to see it or are visiting for the first time, we cordially invite you to visit the gallery to experience the latest additions.
Our operating hours are as follows:
Wednesday to Friday, 1pm-6pm;
Saturday, 1pm-8pm; and Sunday, 1pm-5pm.
Alternatively, appointments can be scheduled by contacting the studio, with the option to have the artist present upon request.

This month, we are delighted to introduce our week of Kid's Classes (adults welcome for all 12+ classes), a unique and enriching experience designed to spark creativity and imagination.

We're still buzzing with excitement from the incredible turnout at the Artist Reception for the talented Laurie Mendenhall! 🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support local art and mingle with fellow art enthusiasts. Great fun was had by all, and we're thrilled to see many of Laurie's stunning pieces find their new forever homes!

Summer is here and we've got CLASSSES, CLASSES CLASSES for the kids and adults! Our monthly Summer Studio class kicks off on Saturday, June 20th with a portrait drawing class from 10 am - noon sponsored by Inspired Creative and taught by our own Page Gleeson.
Little kids, big kids, and adults (for those 12 and up classes) start on Tuesday, June 23 through Thursday, June 25th.
