The Budding Artichoke

We sell locally sourced and organically grown produce, meat, dairy, grains, and other grocery items n Once there was a store owned by a Swedish Baker.

The Baker felt the call to focus on baking and decided to sell the store. Her 2 employees knew the importance the store had to the community, so rather than let the store die, they bought it. They chose the name The Budding Artichoke because artichokes are a favorite food and are a lovely plant when in full bloom. The new owners have focused on locally sourced produce and pantry items. They understand the importance of farm to table and nutritional value in what we consume.
