Miss North Carolina Work Weekend has officially come to a close!

This experience has been so incredible—only made possible by the dedication of the wonderful volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who pour so much time, heart, and care into this organization. So much happens behind the scenes to make weekends like this possible, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who showed up to guide us, encourage us, and help us grow. Your generosity and commitment to the Miss North Carolina Organization does not go unnoticed.

I’m leaving this weekend with a full heart, a deeper sense of purpose, and a renewed excitement for the journey to the stage. Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so wonderful. I feel more prepared, more inspired, and more grateful than ever to be part of something so special.

Today, I wear red to support . Heart disease and other cardiovascular issues are the leading cause of death for women, yet it's often overlooked and seldom talked about. Wearing red is a small action, but starting conversations, sharing information, and prioritizing our health can make a real difference. Let today be a reminder to know your numbers, listen to your body, and advocate for your heart-and the hearts of those around you.

Serving up sweet summertime smiles as a judge at the Peach Recipe Contest at the High Point Public Library Farmers Market! 🍑 From cobblers to creative twists, these peachy treats made it tough to pick a favorite. So grateful to celebrate local flavor and community spirit!

Happy 17th birthday to my teen Carrie! 💕 I told her we had an interview today… but surprised her with a day of nails and ice cream instead 🍦💅 Watching her smile and soak it all in reminded me why I love celebrating the people who make life brighter. I love you so big!

Preliminary Night Three ✅ On-stage conversation and fitness are all about confidence, authenticity, and celebrating the hard work behind the scenes. I loved getting to speak from the heart and hit the stage feeling strong and empowered. So proud of this week so far! ❤️💬👟
