Please continue to pray for our yearly medical mission in the Dominican Republic. We will arrive in Barahona this Friday the 15th. Saturday will be set-up day for meds and surgical supplies, Sunday is church x 2. Monday to Friday we will perform surgeries in the hospital and a mobile clinic in a different village each day. Can't wait to see my mission family and serve our Dominican friends.

Pray for God's servants in Batey 7 and the surrounding areas. We may not be down there but God is, and He is working through His servants.

Connie, from the Dominican Republic, will be at Covenant Church UM on S***t Club Road in High Point this Sunday for all three services. Come out and hear her.

I'm still in the Dominican Republic and loving it. We felt the earthquake and have had the opportunity to help some Haitians in the hospital here. What a true disaster. What you have seen on T.V. is really how it is, but worse. Our hearts are broken and most of us are wishing we could stay longer to help. Thank you all for your thoughts. - Anna Allen

With all the tragedy going on in Haiti I still want you to know what is happening in the DR. 18 surgeries Mon.,17 Tues., 18 Wed. Yesterday Dawn, our OB/GYN did a hysterectomy on a 30 y.o. who looked like she was 30 wks preg. I took pictures and was AMAZED at the size of her uterus,the struggles/discomfort this woman ha...d had & how this surg. chgd her life. God is so good! - update from Paula Lambert
