🦾❄️Happy 2024—time for WINTER WORKOUT SEASON!! And this time around, Coach Troy’s got 1 Rowing team and 3 Softball Teams to get ready for the Spring. So there’s been a shakeup in the schedule. 🫨

The New Schedule Lineup is as follows:

Mondays: 5am EarlyBirds
12:15 Lunchtime
5pm NC Rowing Team
6pm NIGHTSHIFT

Tuesdays: 5:20pm Corporate Wellness
(Downtown GSO)
6:30pm Softball Training 10u
(No SkyFit Tuesday Nights)

Wednesdays: 5am EarlyBirds
6pm Softball Training 10U
7pm Softball Training 14U
(No NightShift Wednesday Nights)

Thursdays: 6:30pm SKYFIT (SkyZone)

Fridays: 5am EarlyBirds
6pm NIGHTSHIFT

Saturdays: 10am SKYFIT (SkyZone)

Sundays: 11am Stretch Class
