Full Kee Restaurant first opened its doors in 2005. It was a quiet business only run by Chef George Yu and his family.
George was known throughout DC for his time in the early 1980s-1990s and his jewel "The Blue Diamond Restaurant". He, his wife Sherry, and their two children moved to High Point and started up a small dining and carry-out business.
