Jenn and I have been happily married since September 10th of 2005. We have four children: Kaci, Maryjane, Sally & Suzie. Now go out and eat local!
I run our family’s Auto Repair Shop here in High Point. Jenn is a stay-at-home mother (a super hard job I might add!) and she is also a super yogi currently training in the “core power” field. Her passion is yoga and her goal is to have her own yoga studio in the High Point area. In our spare time I love to fish, play guitar and vacation just about anywhere. e in yoga challenges and find new ways to homestead and garden. We both really love live music also, especially Phish (yes we are those people)! We both really enjoy new restaurants, and we actually met while working in the food service industry. We have both worked in all aspects of food service, from management, hosting, serving, bartending and cooking. We decided it would be challenging and fun to create our own blog about the in’s and out’s of the locally owned restaurants here in the Triad area. We know how challenging the food service industry can be and Our mission is to help support locally owned restaurants by letting our reader’s get an insider’s view first, before choosing where to spend their hard-earned money. Please know that our reviews are purely subjective and by the definition as such they are our opinions. Your experiences may vary and we certainly realize this. We intend on revisiting lots of places, even ones that we didn’t like the first go around to see if it was an off night per say. We will have our own separate “Restaurants Revisited” section on our website just for that eventually.
