A lower garage becomes a cozy studio apartment with an industrial farmhouse, black & white, retro vibe. This was a fun project to do! So pleased with how it turned out. We’re about 90% there. Another Before & After: Outdated paint color & style transforms into a Breakfast Nook complete with a built-in comfy banquette behind a French Country table & chairs. Adding the banquette eliminated the space needed for chairs & traffic flow there. It also shifted the breakfast nook toward the bay window giving much needed floor space for a large Kitchen island behind.

The cafe curtain brings warmth & charm but lets the glorious light of the bay window come through. So in love with how this turned out! 😍

I LOVE a great “Before” & “After,” don’t you? Amazing what a lovely vanity, wainscoting, wallpaper, lighting & mirror can do. I PROMISE it’s the SAME Powder Room. From an ugly outdated duckling to a beautiful French swan!!

A beautiful bench gets a much needed makeover! What a difference a grey linen can make plus some lovely pillows.

Love it when watching a favorite TV show or movie & a fabric (or lamp, or accessory or art piece) I’ve used for a client shows up on the screen. It makes me smile, reminds me of them & the wonderful opportunity it was to help them. So on Madame Secretary Sunday night, what did I spot? A dear client’s kitchen window treatment fabric on pillows on the sofas in the Oval Office! The new president has just redecorated the Oval Office. She has great taste and so does my client!
