Professional Rodeo Cowboy Taylor Santos is a fourth-generation cowboy who’s at home in the saddle and started early in his quest to climb the rodeo ranks.
He won state and national titles in junior high, high school and college, before hitting the ground running his first year turning pro as the 2016 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Resistol All-Around Rookie of the Year. Home of the Navajo PRCA Rodeo is a great cowboy event produced by great cowboy families for amazing rodeo fans. With a name like Jake Cooper Clay, roping was his destiny.
The Sapulpa, Oklahoma, cowboy headed for Tyler Worley at the 2023 NFR and qualified for his first National Finals Steer Roping in 2025. Clay, who’s 27, won the 2022 BFI heading for Billie Jack Saebens, and is this year heading for Whip Peterson. This talented switch-ender helped Taylor Santos win the 2026 Cinch Timed Event Championship in March with his clutch heading and heeling help.

Honored to win the Ron Ross Memorial Steer Roping in Liberty Hill, Texas on Mother’s Day. Trevor Brazile won the first one in 2015. Grateful to Sharon, Corey and the entire Ross family for carrying on a cool tradition in Ron’s memory.
