Parker Eatmon and the Matt Piercy Racing team put in a solid nights work in the hills of East Tennessee! Parker had top 5 speed in practice, qualified 11th and worked his way up into the Top 5 inside of 30 to go! After being bit too loose all night we faded a bit late and came home with a 6th place effort in the CARS Tour’s inaugural trip to Newport!

Martinsville Recap 🕰️

Promising Friday Night Turned sour on Saturday.

After capturing the pole position with a new track record, Tristan McKee drove out to a commanding lead in his heat race before ignition issues forced us back to 4th in the heat and a 13th place starting spot on the feature. Unfortunately, those same issues plagued us throughout the race and we were never able to showcase the car we had in the feature after a record setting qualifying effort.

In his first trip to the paperclip Tyler Reif, qualified a stout 14th out of the 80 car field. Tyler was solidly in the show swapping the 3rd and 4th positions in his heat race before an engine expired and ended our day.

Not the results we anticipated but proud of the MPR guys and our drivers for the speed we showed this weekend.

Tri-County Recap!

One of the fastest cars all weekend, qualifying was rained out and we started deeper than we should have by owner points.

Riding in 7th and an unfortunate stack up in front of us caused heavy front end damage that derailed our night. We salvaged a 16th place finish to end the day!

Onto the next one! 💪🏼

Florence Recap 🏁

Parker Eatmon had speed all weekend long, between topping practice charts and a solid P4 qualifying effort. Unfortunately a broken shock mount took us out of contention before we could show what we had.

Tyler Reif didn’t let a 25th starting spot stop him! He charged through the field all night bringing home a 4th place finish!

We’ll be back in action next weekend at Tri-County Motor Speedway. 💪🏼

Promising weekend with not much to show for it in the end. Tyler Reif’s return kicked off with a solid 5th place qualifying effort! After an early stackup on the bottom & losing track position we raced from 7th to 10th all night long. We fought free most of the race, and passing was difficult with everyone running the same speed inside the Top 10. Track position is the nature of many of these races & if you lose it early, it’s difficult to recover. Unfortunately our night was cut short after contact with another competitor and RF suspension damage that we couldn’t repair! We will be back in two weeks and Florence Motor Speedway! 🏁
