We are an AMAZING Dental Office. We offer an Excellent Compensation plus Bonus. We are looking for a FRONT DESK skilled talented bilingual individual (English/Spanish) to join our team, someone who understands the logistics of scheduling to both effectively treat patients and keep the practice profitable. Must have Insurance billings knowledge, insurance verifications and accurate communications to staff and patients regarding the insurance coverage. This individual should also have experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements, and must also have telephone scheduling skills. This position is responsible for converting inbound phone call marketing leads and keeping track of them. This individual must be well presented, friendly yet assertive. We expect the individual to combine training that we will provide, with their own personal flair, being a team member who is willing to help and complete other tasks if necessary. Other duties as required (daily re-care calls to keep two hygiene columns full of patients / Generate reviews and social media content / Implement new patients and referral marketing strategies).
