Southaven Soringfest 2024 is in the books! My first KCBS Masters Series! Very grateful for my BBQ Brother Eric Logsdon coming to help me out and cook with me this weekend! Christmas dinner is served! From our family to yours Merry Christmas! We took this beautiful Prime Rib used as a binder then coated it using some Beef rub and Garlic Jalapeno Rub. Finished it off with a touch of some . Smoked this to a perfect medium rare, let it rest, sliced and served! The queen ( )whipped up some awesome sides.

Another great catering in The Grove today! Served up some Smoked brisket as the Rebels smoked the Aggies. And SEC NATION was in town. To which my wife says we need to get your food in front of ! I thought nothing of it but as you can see she made it happen! And thank you to the precious special needs young man screaming for Tebow to come try the brisket! This young man lit up my morning! And to see him get to interact with Tebow was amazing! we hope you enjoyed the brisket sir it was a true honor! Who know maybe we will get to serve next!
