Important QuickBooks + Bank of America Update 🚨

Bank of America is moving QuickBooks Online bank feeds to a new connection. Existing connections must be updated when prompted, or they’ll be disconnected. The transition runs from Oct 2025–Jan 2026, with old connections shutting off Feb–April 2026. Clients who don’t update risk losing bank feeds, cash-flow insights, and lending features.

👉 Watch for alerts in QuickBooks and update your connection as soon as you’re eligible.

Important update for QuickBooks Online users with Bank of America accounts: Starting October 8, 2025, connections will switch to a new system. Clients must update their bank connection within 90 days of being notified to keep access to automated feeds, cash flow insights, and lending options. Existing connections start disconnecting January 6, 2026 and will fully end by February 10, 2026.
