NCS Las Vegas Pre-Arrangement Advisor Phyllis Silvaggio was on hand at the Medicare fair at the Silverton Hotel and Casino, where she talked with folks about the benefits of preplanning cremation and raffled off a basket of gifts.

NCS Las Vegas Service Manager Laura Zurek and Pre-Arrangement Advisor Judy Cannon were at the Medicare Fairs & More at the Cannery Casino to answer questions about preplanning, and raffled off a basket of goodies, too. Congrats to winner Rose Watkins!

NCS Las Vegas Service Manager Judy Cannon brought queso and chips to celebrate to staffers at care facilities, including ProCare Hospice, TLC Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, and Sunrise Senior Living.

NCS Las Vegas' new service manager, Judy Cannon, is off to a great start, visiting local hospices with goodies to introduce herself. She also visited the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and met Membership Associate Lauren Davis.

We are very touched by this personal note a family member we served sent to Las Vegas service manager Daren Dreiling, and wanted to share it with her permission. It's always such an honor to know we have helped a family through a difficult time, when they have lost a loved one. How it started / How it's going: Christmas edition!
Vegas service manager Daren Dreiling delivered the first "treasure chest" to our local US Postal Service office! Pictured is Jasmine, one of the counter workers.

Every year, Daren puts together chests (see photo) full of candies, ornaments, and other Christmas goodies for all the folks in the community who do so much to help us serve families.

Vegas service manager Daren Dreiling brought an appreciation pizza lunch to the Clark County coroner this week and visited with Mikayla (pictured), who completes death certificates for us.
Daren also got to meet the coroner herself, Melanie Rouse, and invited her to visit our location.
